Summary:
Raindrop Car Wash is dedicated to delivering a consistently excellent customer experience through friendly service, clean facilities, and high-quality washes. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the second-in-command at a location, responsible for daily operations, team leadership, sales performance, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong sales culture, increasing memberships and revenue
• Open/close the site and manage staffing levels
• Ensure consistent execution of procedures across all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel)
• Coach team members on customer engagement and sales techniques
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction
• Enforce company policies and performance standards
• Identify and address mechanical or operational issues
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales experience with a customer-focused approach
• Confident decision-making under pressure
• Ability to manage team performance and uphold standards
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors

Working Conditions:
Outdoor role with exposure to weather, water, chemicals, and equipment. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and fill scheduling gaps as needed.
