About this role

  1. Plan and drive marketing communications campaigns with Government agencies to communicate key Government policies and initiatives to different segments of the population, including making recommendations on campaign approach and messaging.
  2. Engage and manage creative agencies and/or production houses to conceptualise, produce and implement marketing communications campaigns and community programmes, including evaluating proposals and guiding the development of campaign concepts.
  3. Work with media agencies to plan, implement and track the performance of media amplification efforts, and with research agencies to assess campaign outcomes and derive insights on awareness, message recall, and shifts in attitudes, sentiments and intended behaviours.
  4. Manage collaborations with content creators or influencers to seed WoG messages, including developing campaign briefs, guiding content direction, vetting scripts and video drafts, and reviewing post-campaign performance.
  • Background in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
  • At least 3-6 years' experience in marketing communications, campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, programme management, policy implementation or related functions in the public or private sector.
  • Good understanding of marketing communications planning, measurement and industry developments.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, curious and willing to learn
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and numeracy
