Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Biometric & Access Management: Manage biometric attendance systems andÂ
employee access control. Activate access for new joiners and deactivate access forÂ
exiting employees. Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of biometric devices.Â
Maintain and update biometric and access trackers.Â
• CCTV Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor CCTV systems and ensure properÂ
functioning. Maintain CCTV time synchronization and recording accuracy. CoordinateÂ
with vendors/service providers for maintenance and issue resolution.Â
• Security & Housekeeping Coordination: Supervise security and housekeepingÂ
operations. Manage attendance and manpower allocation for security/HK staff.Â
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.Â
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, andÂ
service requests. Manage order processing and follow-up activities. Maintain vendorÂ
records and ensure timely service delivery.Â
• Invoice & Finance Coordination: Verify and process invoices accurately. MaintainÂ
invoice trackers and documentation. Coordinate with the finance team for timelyÂ
submission and processing.Â
Secondary ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain stock records and inventory trackers.Â
Monitor stock availability and place orders as required. Ensure proper documentationÂ
and tracking of assets/materials.Â
• Telecom Management: Handle telecom-related activities for Airtel, BSNL, and otherÂ
service providers. Track telecom payments and billing records. Coordinate issueÂ
resolution with telecom vendors.Â
• Petty Cash & Credit Card Management: Maintain petty cash and corporate credit cardÂ
expense records. Update trackers and supporting documents regularly. Submit reportsÂ
and expense details to the finance department.Â
• Employee Transportation Coordination: Arrange cab services for employees asÂ
required. Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely availability.Â
• QA & Audit Support: Maintain operational documentation as per organizationalÂ
requirements. Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and reports for audits.Â
Support audit activities with accurate records and documentation.Â

• Graduation or Diploma in any discipline.Â
• Candidates staying close to the office location will be preferred.Â
