SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位范围与基本目的 
▪ Attendance - Handle daily attendance affair, download attendance report from system and taking record. 
考勤管理 – 管理日常考勤数据和事务，从系统上下载考勤报告并管理数据 
▪ Provides relative administration support to office and DePuy Synthes work-shop  
为办公室以及DePuy Synthes车间提供相关的行政支持 
▪ Assist the employee engagement per business development needs.  
根据业务发展需要，支持员工参与和团队凝聚力相关活动 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/ 主要职责/任务(以时间的百分比表示) 
1. 20% - Attendance Management/考勤管理 
2. 70% - Provide assistant to Operation Management Team (Plant Manager, Production Manager, Cell leaders and Shift Supervisors) for daily management work /为生产管理团队日常管理工作提供助理服务（厂长，生产经理，生产主管和轮班主管） 
3. 10% - Others /其他 
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标 
▪ Download attendance report from system according to payroll data collection cycle ，eliminate the exception in attendance system when get confirmation with cell/shift leaders/Foreman. 
根据薪资数据收集周期，从系统里下载考勤报告，与生产/轮班主管/领班确认，消除考勤系统异常 
▪ Assistant Operation Management Team for daily administration work, which include but not limited at: operation data collection and reporting, update/translate documents, purchasing work, etc日常辅助
生产管理团队的行政工作,包括不限于生产数据收集和报告，更新/翻译文件，生产采购工作等等 
▪ According to the needs of business and organization development, support employee engagement especially for the employees from production workshop. 根据业务和组织发展需要，支持员工参与特别是车间员工参与和凝聚相关文化项目及活动 
▪ Other job assigned by supervisor.
