Responsibilities
- Assist the Rooms Division Manager in managing the operations of the housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of departmental staff.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division department.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in hotel software systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
