The Assistant Sales Manager position serves as a developmental pathway to a future Sales Manager role, offering exposure to leadership, training, performance management, and sales operations. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute sales plans, support profitable growth, and help the team achieve company objectives.   This is a player-coach role for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, our Assistant Sales Manager, works collaboratively with the management team and other department personnel, executing a sales plan that aligns with corporate growth and objectives.
