In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. At the same time, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing expertise and innovative thinking to align HR strategies with the college’s institutional goals.
