Tarefas de apoio administrativo:
- Faturações,
- Inquéritos de estatísticas,
- Reconciliações,
- Declarações fiscais,
- Contactos com serviços locais da Madeira,
- entre outros.
Qualificações
- Escolaridade mínima 12º ano, com Curso Técnico na área da Contabilidade ou similar;
- Conhecimento de PHC (preferencial) e das ferramentas do Office (Word/Excel);
- Conhecimentos básicos de inglês;
- Capacidade de organização, planeamento, sentido prático;
- Sentido de responsabilidade;
- Dinamismo, proatividade, e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa num ambiente multicultural;
- Experiência profissional prévia de 1 anos em função similar;
- Disponibilidade imediata
