Job Brief: We are seeking a flexible, analytical, roll-up-your-sleeves Associate, Asset Management to help steward Wahed's growing real estate portfolio across the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and the United States. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Asset Management, you will be the hands-on execution engine that helps the Senior Analyst deliver against the team's goals — making sure newly acquired properties are stabilized, protected, performing, and delivering the distributions we have committed to our investors. The Senior Analyst owns these outcomes; your job is to make them happen on the ground. You will be equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on the phone with a property manager, will do whatever it takes to get the job done, and will help build the repeatable processes that let a lean team manage a rapidly growing, multi-market portfolio.
