Associate Back End Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Analyze and interpret user requirements to define technical specifications.
• Independent Module Design: Design and implement modules independently based on business needs.
• Technical Communication: Effectively communicate technical challenges, solutions, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Code Quality & Security: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry’s best practices. Implement secure coding standards to protect sensitive data.
• Agile Collaboration: Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality software.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize application speed, scalability, and security through iterative improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Java foundation: Proficiency in core Java concepts (e.g., IO, multithreading, collections, generics, and JVM internals). Deep understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles (e.g., SOLID, design patterns).
• Microservices & API Development: Hands-on experience with Java-based microservices development and deployment, including RESTful API design, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Distributed Systems & Messaging: Experience with distributed system architecture, including message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis, and configuration of Spring Cloud components.
• Database Technologies: Familiarity with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Development Practices: Proficiency in Agile/DevOps principles, domain-driven development (DDD), and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery.
• SDLC Understanding: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how technology supports business strategies.
• Technology Trends: Stay updated with advancements in your technical domain and participate in demos to showcase new tools or frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work in small teams, follow team protocols, and contribute to shared goals.
• Scripting & Tools: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and tools for automation or deployment.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
