We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in Perth, United Kingdom.   • Provide high-quality clinical dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of restorative and preventive procedures
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and maintain detailed, organized clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options, build trust, and ensure informed consent
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and contribute to a positive practice culture
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and health and safety regulations
  • Manage patient appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality to ensure smooth practice operations
  • Stay current with clinical best practices and participate in continuing professional development activities
  • Support both NHS and private patient care, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to diverse patient populations
  • Contribute to the practice's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Build strong patient relationships through empathetic listening and compassionate care delivery

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or equivalent dental qualification recognized by the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Valid GDC registration with performer number
  • Current and valid General Dental Practice license
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical dentistry practice
  • Strong knowledge of restorative and preventive dentistry procedures
  • Proficiency in patient examination and treatment planning
  • Comprehensive understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings
  • Organized approach to clinical record-keeping and administrative responsibilities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in mixed NHS and private practice environments
  • Proven track record of delivering patient-centered care
  • Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital systems
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting junior dental professionals
  • Knowledge of current dental regulations and best practice guidelines
  • Ability to adapt to evolving clinical techniques and practice innovations

  • Dedicated PM, Practice clinical Lead, Lead Dental Nurse and Decon. Nurse.
  • Fully digital including Trios & iTero scanner, rotary endo, X-rays and accessible OPT/CBCT machine.
  • No restrictions on labs or materials
  • in house services include: Implants, Hygiene therapy, Dental Therapist, composite bonding, Clear Aligners and access to specialist Oral Surgeons.
  • 2-6 days a week avalible
