Associate Director of Influencer Marketing

We design thoughtful, beautiful products that make cooking and sharing meals easier and more joyful—and we are building a brand that earns a meaningful place in customers’ homes over time. We're looking for an Associate Director of Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our creator partnerships across channels. You'll own strategy, execution, and measurement — building a program that drives real brand love and measurable revenue. This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce, and reports directly to the VP of Brand Marketing. In this role, you’ll lead the vision for Influencer marketing at Our Place.   If you’re a fierce negotiator, a strategic thinker who loves being creative and thoughtfully organized without being over-processed— we’d love to hear from you! We believe some of the best ideas happen when we’re together! Right now, teams come into our beautiful new West LA headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate and connect. In the future, we may ask teams to come in more often — because some things are just better in person.
