Requirements

• Experience : 13+yrs
• Strong experience designing and developing technology solutions using a variety of platforms, programming languages, and tools.
• Experience in software architecture and technical solution design.
• Strong expertise in technology architecture with the ability to deep dive into complex technical problems and drive effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of business and industry contexts, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions.
• Experience owning the delivery of complex technology solutions for global clients.
• Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders on technology, architecture, and operations strategy.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Experience working across globally distributed teams and managing multiple technology tracks simultaneously.
• Ability to lead by example and contribute hands-on coding for complex functionalities when required.
• Strong understanding of modern technology platforms, software development practices, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Experience conceptualizing and implementing scalable, customer-focused technology solutions.
• Ability to balance technology choices with customer needs, business objectives, and delivery considerations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and team management capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and channels.
• Demonstrated technology thought leadership through technical blogs, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, or similar contributions.
• AI Application Solution Design experience is an added advantage, with the ability to contribute to AI-driven solution concepts and technology architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology health of projects and accounts, ensuring adherence to technical governance, technology standards, and industry best practices.
• Define and drive both short-term and long-term technology strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Conceptualize, design, and own technical architecture and solution design for complex technology engagements.
• Lead the development of innovative, scalable, and cutting-edge technology solutions by leveraging modern platforms, languages, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Deep dive into complex technology challenges and provide pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
• Lead technology workshops with clients and internal teams to identify new solution areas, use cases, and opportunities for innovation.
• Influence key client stakeholders on technology strategy, architecture, operations, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell technology solutions and services within existing engagements.
• Own delivery of complex technology solutions for global clients across multiple technology tracks and globally distributed teams.
• Lead by example by contributing to the development and coding of complex functionalities when required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and technology experts to develop breakthrough solutions and accelerators.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create rapid prototypes, assess ROI, and implement innovative solutions.
• Drive adoption of organizational technology initiatives, standards, and best practices across projects and accounts.
• Mentor and guide team members through continuous feedback, technical coaching, and on-the-job support.
• Contribute to technology thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Where aligned to a Center of Excellence or practice, define the vision, roadmap, plans, and budget for the practice.
• Collaborate across multiple projects and accounts to identify innovative use cases and interface with client stakeholders for solution implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
