Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Associate, Driver Acquisition to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will be the face of our driver recruitment efforts, delivering exceptional service and driving acquisition through meaningful interactions with potential drivers. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for prospective drivers, showcasing the benefits of our platform, and helping them understand exactly how they can succeed with us. **Responsibilities:**

• Greet prospective drivers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout all recruitment interactions and meetings
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of driver opportunities and platform benefits, communicating features and value propositions effectively to prospects
• Qualify leads and assess driver suitability based on company standards, ensuring a good fit for both parties
• Conduct outreach calls, meetings, and presentations with enthusiasm and professionalism to educate prospects about partnership opportunities
• Achieve individual and team acquisition targets through proactive prospecting and meaningful driver engagement
• Address driver inquiries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions and successful conversions
• Guide drivers through the onboarding process with clear communication, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new drivers to encourage long-term platform engagement and repeat business
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective drivers using CRM tools and sales tracking systems with organized, detailed records
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to address driver concerns and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience
• Analyze acquisition metrics and provide regular reports on performance, conversion rates, and market insights to support continuous improvement
• Identify market trends and opportunities for driver acquisition in the HCMC region and stay current with industry developments
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines consistently
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current with platform updates, promotions, and best practices

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven customer service experience in a retail, sales, or driver recruitment environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse prospects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, CRM software, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with cash handling and accuracy in financial transactions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets and sales goals
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Vietnamese (preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude and customer-centric approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or ride-sharing industry is preferred
• Knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City market and local driver landscape is a plus
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
