Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain business applications across front-end, back-end, database, reporting, and enterprise systems. This career-level role applies advanced technical knowledge to independently deliver solutions with limited supervision, troubleshoot complex application and data issues, and contribute to projects and process improvements that support department objectives. The position requires strong C#/.NET and SQL Server skills, along with experience working with APIs and enterprise application integrations.

Due to the on‑site requirements of this position, applicants are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated work location (Chelmsford, MA). This role does not offer relocation.

Essential Functions

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications and Windows-based business applications, working independently on assigned solutions with limited supervision.
  • Develop and support applications using C#/.NET and related technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements, recommend technical approaches, and translate business needs into reliable solutions.
  • Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API integrations and JSON/XML data exchanges between enterprise systems, adapting existing approaches to address complex integration needs.
  • Develop SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects; analyze and resolve complex application and data-related issues using sound technical judgment.
  • Develop and maintain operational and business reports using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Support and enhance MES/Camstar workflows and task-list development as needed.
  • Support Five9 integrations, including SOAP APIs and block-based development tools; Five9-specific training can be provided.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing applications, integrations, reports, and automated processes; identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements.
  • Manage assigned application development work and technical processes from analysis through implementation, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to project and department objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to less-experienced team members as appropriate, and contribute to reviews of technical work and solution approaches.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of relevant software/application engineering or development experience, including hands-on experience with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
  • Experience independently developing, supporting, and integrating business applications in a production environment, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering solutions through the software lifecycle.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Python/PowerShell – Scripting and task automation experience.
  • Salesforce API – Basic understanding; direct experience is not required.
  • Azure – Basic familiarity with Azure services and administration.
  • Oracle Cloud – Ability to export reports and verify claim data; training can be provided.
  • Linux – Basic familiarity; primarily used for specific projects.
  • Power Automate – Basic understanding of flows and integration with APIs or SQL Server.

The annual salary for this position is:

$103,000.00 to $115,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
