Supporting the League’s international growth agenda, this position helps manage the planning infrastructure, cross-functional coordination, and executive communications needed to enable clear decision-making across international games and stadium-related initiatives. Serving as a valued partner across workstreams, the role translates priorities into organized processes, aligned next steps, and actionable plans across internal teams, clubs, and external stakeholders.

This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for anĀ additionalĀ period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.Ā 

Responsibilities:Ā 

  • CoordinateĀ key League planning processes forĀ International including theĀ long-range plan, annual business plan, and ownership materials; support timeline management,Ā stakeholder input,Ā deliverable development,Ā and review cycles toĀ helpĀ produce clear, polishedĀ outputs.Ā Ā 
  • Contribute toĀ strategic and financial analysis forĀ internationalĀ game-related initiatives, including existing international games, future international game opportunities, and related League priorities.Ā Ā 
  • EnableĀ cross-functionalĀ alignmentĀ across internal teams, clubs, and external stakeholders,Ā helpingĀ bring together the right partners toĀ align onĀ financial and business-related considerationsĀ across theĀ InternationalĀ games portfolio.Ā Ā 
  • Research and developĀ white space growth opportunities across the international games portfolioĀ by gathering insights, supporting new concept development, and working with cross-functional teams to assess potential paths to execution.Ā 
  • Maintain and updateĀ theĀ League’s overallĀ stadium developmentĀ toolkit and drive continued growth of resourcesĀ forĀ clubs. TrackĀ past stadium renovations and builds, emerging trends, League policies and guidance, and other relevant information to support club planning and League decision-making.Ā Ā 
  • AssistĀ withĀ club stadium development planning by helping coordinate cross-functional input, organizingĀ relevant League guidance, andĀ facilitateĀ alignment across stakeholders.Ā 
  • Ā 

Required Qualifications:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ 
  • Minimum 5 years strategy and/or market research and insights experience, preferably with a management consulting or sports/events backgroundĀ Ā 
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver against deadlines while simultaneously managing multiple projectsĀ 
  • Strong abilities in presentation design (requiresĀ proficiencyĀ in PowerPoint)Ā 
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailĀ 

Preferred Qualifications:Ā Ā 

  • Experience working in an international role at a sports management organizationĀ 
  • Proven success in consulting, sports management, and/or international businessĀ Ā Ā

Salary / Pay Range
