Position Summary The Associate Manager, Campaigns is responsible for the end-to-end creative briefing, production, execution, and quality assurance of Email campaigns and loyalty program communications at Hanna Andersson. This role is the operational engine ofthe campaign program, ensuring every customer touchpoint is designed, built accurately, deployed on time, and aligned to brandand strategic objectives, with a customer focused lens.  The Associate Manager works closely with the Director, CRM and Loyalty on campaign planning, execution, and reporting, andpartners with Creative Services, the Site team, and the Manager, Lifecycle and Personalization to deliver a cohesive, high-quality channel and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, technical platform proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset that keeps execution moving in a fast-paced environment.
