We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Associate Principal Graphic Designer with 5–8 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core graphics, graphic design, visual communication, and creative execution, with the ability to translate concepts and business objectives into compelling visual experiences.

This role is suited for a designer who combines exceptional creative thinking with strong design fundamentals and can independently manage projects from concept to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity, improve communication, and create engaging experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for digital, print, marketing, branding, and communication requirements.
• Own the complete graphic design lifecycle, from understanding creative briefs and developing concepts to execution and final delivery.
• Create high-quality visual assets including campaign creatives, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital banners, illustrations, and other branded materials.
• Apply strong core graphic design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, balance, spacing, grids, and visual storytelling.
• Translate complex ideas and business requirements into clear, engaging, and aesthetically strong visual communication.
• Maintain consistency across all creative assets by following established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, brand, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring the final output meets creative and business objectives.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems, templates, creative processes, and visual guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and creative techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual output.
• Provide creative direction and design guidance to junior designers when required.

Must-Have Skills

• Core Graphics: Strong understanding of fundamental graphic design concepts, visual composition, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Graphics Design: Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of visual accuracy.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently convert ideas into polished designs.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and digital design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working on brand identity, campaign design, advertising, or marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video editing, or interactive design.
• Familiarity with Figma and other modern collaborative design tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product design.
• Experience creating design systems, templates, or scalable visual frameworks.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design fundamentals, versatility, and high-quality execution.
