Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers to support product strategy, discovery, and execution.
- Conduct user research and gather insights by speaking with riders, merchants, franchise owners, and internal operations teams.
- Support and execute Product GTMs and launches.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma to communicate product ideas.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product performance using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Define success metrics and track feature adoption and impact after launch.
- Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and data-driven insights.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 months -1 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of product development processes, experimentation, and agile methodologies.
