Role Overview:
As a Quality Management Intern, you will be required to be stationed at Teachmint’s Contract Manufacturing Factory located in Dharuhera (near Gurugram) and ensure strict implementation of our SOPs during the manufacturing of Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). You will work closely with Teachmint’s HQ team based in Bengaluru, some key suppliers based in China and the key personnel at Teachmint’s Contract Manufacturing Factory. This internship provides practical exposure to factory operations and quality control. You will also learn the basics of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strict adherence to defined SOPs, quality standards, and process controls across all relevant stages of manufacturing at the factory. Personally conduct detailed random product inspections and testing to identify quality gaps, process deviations, and potential issues before dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate and timely capture of manufacturing and quality data, including photo/video evidence at critical stages, and drive timely submission of MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the key coordination point between the factory, suppliers, and Teachmint HQ to ensure timely identification of defective material and filing of RMA claims.
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for customer-reported product issues and products with high Field Failure Rates (FFR), in coordination with the factory and relevant suppliers.
  • Ensure effective tracking and closure of identified quality issues, with appropriate corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate with the Teachmint HQ logistics team and factory stakeholders to ensure timely readiness and dispatch of finished products.

Eligibility:
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry and graduated in Engineering.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Sheets and ERP tools.
  • Proficient in Process Documentation
  • Prior internship at any factory, preferably in Electronics goods.
