Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, communication abilities, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare hiring needs.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and market practices related to healthcare and life sciences hiring.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in healthcare or life sciences recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Clinical Research, or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
