Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns 

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of tax codes, regulations, rulings and case law 

  • Dedicates time to coaching others in tax software, business process, research skills, technical expertise, planning and project management skills while engaging and motivating team members and providing timely feedback  

  • Responsible for client work being performed on time and within appropriate scope of services and budget 

  • Stays alert to client needs that may result in growth opportunities for the firm and communicates to client service coordinator 

  • Interacting with client personnel to gather information 


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree – preferably in Accounting or related field of study 

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge in several of the following areas: financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis and industry analysis​ 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills​ 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS excel, and the ability to work will both autonomously and collaboratively​ 

Additional Role Expectations

  • Travel to client or the organization locations may be required based on business and engagement needs.

  • Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.

  • Pursues relevant professional certifications and continuing education appropriate to the role.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $53,500 - $81,000
