Pay: $90,000-$95,000 Plus Bonus

Potential Six-Figure Income 

American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales team success.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets

• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors

• Lead sales meetings when needed

• Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday)

• Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores

• Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred)

• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus)

• Comfort with basic math and geometry

• Goal-driven mindset and a passion for success
