Position Summary

Grounded in our Purpose, to Serve from the Heart, the Public Area Attendant keeps every shared space at Crystal Peak Lodge spotless and supports unit cleaning for the CoralTree Rental Program. As with the Housekeeping Supervisor, unit cleaning experience is required because this position cleans rental-program condominium units as part of regular responsibilities, in addition to public-area duties.

Relationships

To work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, and Maintenance Manager and Technician. Daily contact with guests and owners as they move through the property.

Desired Attributes

The Public Area Attendant must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-directed, and physically able to spend a full shift on his or her feet, lifting, bending, and reaching. A friendly, service-first attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, elevators, public restrooms, ski room, fitness room, pool deck, and back-of-house corridors.
• Clean rental-program condominium units between guest stays to CoralTree rental-ready standards.
• Replenish in-room amenities, linens, and supplies during turns.
• Conduct trash, recycling, and linen runs throughout the building.
• Manage snow and slush at all guest-facing entry points during winter to keep arrival areas safe and presentable.
• Report maintenance issues observed in units or public areas to the Maintenance Manager or directly through Breezeway.
• Support deep-cleaning projects in units and public spaces during shoulder seasons.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• One or more years of cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or premium residential setting, including hands-on cleaning of guest rooms or condominium units.
• Physical stamina to spend a full shift on your feet, lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
