You will be responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications.
Job Duties
- Examines body damage on customer vehicles
- Identifies necessary body repair work
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above company standards
- Requests necessary parts
- Performs body repairs including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
- Documents repairs performed
- Performs body repairs efficiently and according to dealership and insurance company guidelines
Requirements
- At least 3 years body shop technician experience
- References in auto body repairs
- Excellent quality control
- Team oriented
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
