Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect automotive parts, ensuring they meet quality standards
• Organize and maintain parts inventory for easy access and efficiency
• Support technicians by providing the required parts for service and repair
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries regarding parts
• Process orders, track inventory levels, and manage returns
• Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of automotive parts is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service proficiency
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy automotive parts
