We are seeking self-motivated and dynamic sales consultants to join our team.  We want employees that will act with integrity and respect for customers, co-workers and managers.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to every customer that enters Rimrock Subaru. You will leverage your knowledge of our inventory, vehicle models and sales techniques to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (in person, via phone and social media), a passion for helping people, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Training and coaching will be available.  Remember, this role is built around daily activity, Phone calls, follow up and setting appointments! If you’re not comfortable being on the phone, following up, and working leads daily, this is not the right fit. 

Job Type: Full Time

Potential Pay: $48,000 - $150,000+ per year 

Income:  New Sale Associates will be guaranteed $4,000 if you sell 8 units within the month.   If you sell less than 8 units you will be guaranteed $3,000.  

If you have Automotive Sales Experience, We can discuss a viable option for pay based on your provable skill level! 

This pay is good for the first 90 days, after 90 days you will go to the traditional pay plan.  We will cover that with you.

You may qualify factory monthly bonus money, if you complete their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training
• Following up with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with customers via videos, email, text, and calls on information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
• Complete daily tasks and keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
• Address customer concerns by listening, demonstrating,  and maintaining product knowledge
• Spending time with customers to determine their needs
• Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features
• Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
• Completing quotes and explaining finance options
• Complete daily work activities as required by manager
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction and achieve Higher CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Maintain overall dealership cleanliness.
• Maintaining a strict competence of time management.
