Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.Â
You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.Â
What you’ll doÂ
- Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotelyÂ
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faultsÂ
- Use OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterizationÂ
- Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentationÂ
- Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleetsÂ
- Create clear technical reports and case updatesÂ
- Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidanceÂ
- Feed recurring issues into continuous improvementÂ
Qualifications
What you bringÂ
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faultsÂ
- Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic toolsÂ
- Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentationÂ
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teamsÂ
- Ability to support and guide techniciansÂ
- Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgroundÂ
Technical knowledgeÂ
- Modern vehicle systems:Â powertrain, ADAS, body electronicsÂ
- Networks:Â CAN / LIN /Â FlexRayÂ
- Diagnostic methods:Â root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashingÂ
LanguageÂ
- Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken)Â
- Additional European languages are a plusÂ
