Are you an automotive fan?

Are you an experienced trainer in the automotive field or looking for an exciting experience in automotive technical training, fueled by your passion for cars?

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Technical Trainer to join our team in Rome.

The objective of the role is to increase the technicians' knowledge about the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnostic procedures to achieve the highest level of repair quality.

Additionally, the new colleague is asked to provide diagnostic assistance, technical information and recommendations, mainly via ticketing system but also by phone, to Authorized Repairers and independent workshops to support them in fixing concerns affecting the National Sales Company’s vehicles.

Your main tasks will be:

• Preparing and delivering the courses as required by the guidelines, ensuring a high level of technical competence.
• Taking care of the equipment (diagnostic tools, vehicles, projectors, etc.), the workshop and classrooms.
• Cooperating in team building and collaborating in solving potential problems (team working).
• Communicating potential critical situations to the PM and suggesting improvements.
• Committing to continuously improving their quality standards and correcting the implementation of project processes during delivery if necessary.
• Assisting in developing new training materials and methods.
• Managing course participants according to daily situations during delivery, ensuring consistently high service quality.
• Providing diagnostic support.
• Analyzing and understanding technical issues and providing relevant recommendations.

Qualifications

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Automotive Technical Trainer:

• Has a degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technical field if not graduated,
• Is an advanced user of MS Office package,
• Has good knowledge of English (B2) and Italian, spoken and written,
• Has excellent communication skills, adaptable to different people,
• Has the right leadership skills to manage classrooms, with technical problem-solving skills,
• Is a real team player with strong interest in the automotive sector.
