Job Description
- Realizar o abastecimento de insumos nas áreas de embalagem, garantindo que os materiais estejam disponĂveis no momento e quantidade certos.
- Executar check-lists, levantamento de informações e apontamentos (ERP, planilha, gestão a vista).
- Apoiar nas atividades de descontaminação da enchedora, da seladora magnética, da inkjet, da rotuladora, da encaixotadora e da lacradora de caixa.
- Realizar a retirada e palletização dos produtos da linha de envase.
- Solicitar reposição de materiais quando necessário, mantendo registros precisos de movimentação de materiais.
- Auxiliar nas atividades das linhas de envase, retrabalho e desenvase das células de produção.
- Acompanhar o plano de produção, reportando problemas ou atrasos no abastecimento.
- Conferir e receber os insumos de embalagem solicitadas pela área, identificando e reportando possĂveis problemas de qualidade nestes insumos.
- Separar itens produtivos por linha e/ou processo, garantindo que os materiais estejam dispostos de forma eficiente e acessĂvel.
- Manter a organização e limpeza do setor produtivo.
- Seguir as diretrizes de segurança, qualidade e compliance da empresa.
Qualifications
- Ensino MĂ©dio ou TĂ©cnico Completo;
- Conhecimento de Processos QuĂmicos/Produção;
- Pacote office;
