Role Overview:

The AVP-School (B2C Sales) will spearhead all sales activities across our educational verticals. This is a leadership role, requiring strategic oversight, operational expertise, and a results-driven approach to ensure the organization achieves its enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies for the online school, micro school, and PoweredBy school.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to craft effective sales campaigns.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets to align with organizational goals. Monitor and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Set measurable KPIs for teams and regularly review progress. Generate reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure a seamless and customer-centric sales approach.
• Customer Engagement: Oversee strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2C sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in team management, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Demonstrated success in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Background in the education industry or EdTech is a significant advantage.
