We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions that support business-critical applications. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with architects, senior engineers, and product teams to build robust applications while following modern engineering practices, ensuring code quality, and continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and platform features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design technical solutions and scalable system architectures.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Write unit tests, automate testing processes, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product quality and development efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software features on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, security, and operational reliability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in software development with strong programming skills in Java, Python, Golang, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and modern engineering practices.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and integrating distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, along with performance optimization techniques, is preferred.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or fintech applications is a plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern technologies to build secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
