Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη των Bancassurance Area Managers & Coaches σε καθημερινά αιτήματα και back-office εργασίες.
  • Παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση στόχων πωλήσεων και παραγωγικότητας των Coaches.
  • Διαχείριση και αποστολή περιοδικών αναφορών.
  • Παρακολούθηση, καταγραφή και ανάλυση χειρόγραφων αιτήσεων.
  • Υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας διατηρησιμότητας χαρτοφυλακίου (Churning).
  • Ενημέρωση και συντήρηση πινάκων Δικτύου, ΒΑ & Segments managers.
  • Eνημέρωση του πλάνου εκπαιδεύσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση & επίλυση εκκρεμοτήτων με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών Welcome Calls, αντικαταστάσεων συμβολαίων (Replacements) BA Issues, παραπόνων/αιτιάσεων πελατών, κά.
  • Υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας συστάσεων.
  • Διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας, ποιότητας και έγκαιρης αποστολής όλων των αναφορών και δεδομένων που αφορούν το Bancassurance.
  • Συνεργασία με Coaches, Area Managers και λοιπές υποστηρικτικές μονάδες για την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών του δικτύου.
  • Εμπειρία σε διοικητική υποστήριξη, reporting ή/και τραπεζικό/ασφαλιστικό περιβάλλον.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office με έμφαση στο Excel και στη διαχείριση αναφορών & Power Point.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων και σχετικών διαδικασιών.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επεξεργασίας δεδομένων.
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πιστοποιήσεις ασφαλιστικής διαμεσολάβησης.
  • Πρωινό ωράριο εργασίας Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή.
  • Εύκολη πρόσβαση με ΜΜΜ.
  • Σύγχρονο περιβαλλον εργασίας.
  • Ιδιωτική ασφάλιση υγείας-ζωής.
