Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, chat, or email, meeting performance goals
• Own customer issues through to resolution, escalating when needed
• Document interactions accurately and keep customer information updated
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

Qualifications

Required:
🌍 B2+ English communication skills (minimum)
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
💻 Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
🧠 Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
🔍 Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
⌨️ Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets)
