Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join the team at AP House Los Angeles. As an integral member of the AP House experience, the Bartender / Server plays a key role in creating memorable and elevated experiences for every guest. Responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, this position embodies the AP House brand ethos while contributing to the sophisticated ambiance and exceptional hospitality standards of the House.

Beyond beverage preparation, the Bartender / Server serves as a welcoming ambassador for our guests, providing personalized service, building lasting relationships, anticipating preferences, and offering thoughtful recommendations. The ideal candidate is engaging, warm, efficient, observant, and service-driven, with a genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established service protocols and company standards.
• Guide guests through beverage offerings, providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
• Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service that enhances the overall guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly, establish rapport, and maintain a welcoming environment throughout their visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including washing glassware and utensils and ensuring workspaces remain immaculate.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to support seamless operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure exceptional service delivery and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, luxury hospitality, or related guest-facing roles, Certified bartender and wine specialist preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and fulfill beverage orders efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events, with a proven record of reliability and punctuality.
• Manual dexterity required to handle, grasp, and manipulate objects effectively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds, occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, reach, or climb as required to perform job duties.

Additional Information

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be based on relevant skills and experience.
