BDC Representative - Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas

Summary

Looking for a Full-Time BDC Representative to assist Service with answering inbound calls, lead generation, guest communication, and appointment setting. 

Essential Duties

• Assists with service advisors and telephone duties.
• Assists guests in making service appointments.
• Create guest portfolios' for new guests, update existing guests
• Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the service team
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Cashiering for Service Department
• Schedule Service Appointments
• Maintain Records
• Maintain Excel Files

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
