We are seeking an East Resort Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the East Resort function within our organisation.  In this position, you will be eligible for employee benefits such as health and life insurance, exclusive employee discounts in our Food & Beverage Outlets, exclusive discounts to stay at our resorts, exclusive rates for 50+ affiliate resorts worldwide and discounts on gym membership.

Role Overview:

Serves as the main guest contact, providing personalised service throughout the guest journey. Manages arrivals, departures and payments, promotes resort services and upselling opportunities, generates leads for fractional ownership, supports preventative maintenance coordination, and manages guest expectations to maintain high satisfaction.

 

 

Main Key Responsibilities:

 

Guest Service & Front Office Operations

  • Provide warm, personalised service and maintain positive guest relationships.
  • Manage efficient check-ins, check-outs and in-room orientations.
  • Handle guest communications, requests and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and special requests.



Reservations, Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Maintain knowledge of resort rates, packages, promotions and offerings.
  • Promote resort services, amenities, hotel bookings and fractional ownership opportunities.
  • Support property tours, promotional activities and pre-arrival arrangements.



Guest Experience & Coordination

  • Coordinate guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide recommendations on resort activities, local attractions and services.



Operational Support & Administration

  • Maintain awareness of room inventory, occupancy, VIP arrivals and events.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and prepare required reports and documentation.
  • Assist with meetings, guest surveys and performance tracking.



Team Support & Supervision

  • Monitor staff attendance, assignments and daily operational requirements.
  • Assist with room and public area inspections to maintain standards.
  • Support team members and provide feedback on performance as required.



Maintenance & Quality Assurance

  • Support the Preventative Maintenance Programme and follow up on maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with initiatives to improve service quality, cleanliness and revenue.



Financial & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Process guest payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Adhere to health, safety, fire and hygiene regulations.



End of Shift Duties

  • Complete required reports and documentation.
  • Communicate outstanding matters and follow-ups to management.



Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

 


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Certification in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a front office or guest service role
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and property management software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of cash handling and financial procedures
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination
