Benefits & People Experience Specialist

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Join our team and support key programs that enhance the employee experience across benefits, wellness, and engagement.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on role related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, systems and vendor relationships.
• Lead open enrollment activities and renewal support.
• Collaborate with brokers and HRIS for plan design guidance, claims resolution and eligibility management.
• Manage benefit processes and compliance with FMLA and multi-state regulations.
• Guide employees through the FMLA process.
• Design and drive wellness programs that engage employees and support well-being.
• Create and deliver clear, impactful employee communications and education.
• Oversee recognition programs, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes by maintaining accurate employee data.
• Be a trusted partner to the CPXO by providing executive and administrative and operational support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources major required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in benefits administration (vendor relations, claims, etc.).
• Must be proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience with HRIS or relevant databases such as Selerix, UKG.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with a service-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to learn other aspects of HR department as backup.
