The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory integrity, and team engagement while delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and motivate a team to execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, assembly, packing, and shipping.
Partner with warehouse leadership to establish and implement best-in-class operational standards, procedures, and workflows.
Coordinate warehouse execution with Transportation and Procurement teams to ensure timely release and flow of product.
Monitor and manage performance across multiple KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, safety, and service levels.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective control processes, cycle counts, and audit execution.
Identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service reliability and reduce costs.
Oversee shipping and loading activities to ensure compliance with established standards and customer requirements.
Support staffing, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Maintain compliance with all safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage warehouse supplies and support materials to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing KPIs and delivering results against operational targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred to support a diverse workforce)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels
