The Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of our offices, including building and property maintenance, project support, custodial services, and mailroom operations. This role will assist the Supervisor, Facilities in ensuring the efficient operation of building engineering activities and will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed. Support preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems, equipment, and facilities; monitor and improve building operations; and contribute to trade-related tasks such as light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, and HVAC maintenance.
