Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Overview
Integral Federal is seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master to serve as the primary bridge between operational users, Functional Managers, the Government Product Owner, and the Agile software-development team.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze operational and functional requirements.
- Work with COCOM planners, Functional Managers, SMEs, Product Owner, and end users.
- Translate mission needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze operational workflows and business rules.
- Support demonstrations, UAT/UFL, and user validation.
- Maintain requirements-to-story-to-test traceability.
- Identify dependencies, blockers, and requirement conflicts.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
5+ years of business, systems, or requirements analysis experience.
Experience supporting Agile software-development teams.
Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to translate operational needs into actionable software requirements.
U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility
Preferred:
- Scrum Master certification.
- DoD C2 or mission-planning experience.
- COCOM or Functional Manager engagement.
- JOPES, JPES, JCRM, or Joint Planning experience.
Salary range: $105,000-$135,000
This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
