About the RoleÂ
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our growing GTM team. You'll play a key role in building our pipeline by identifying and qualifying new opportunities across the trades industry.Â
This is a great role for someone looking to kick-start a career in sales and who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and learning fast.Â
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:Â
- Source new opportunities through outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and social mediaÂ
- Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the funnelÂ
- Research target companies, identify key decision makers, and collaborate with our AE on pipeline strategiesÂ
- Stay current on Fulltime's product and the trades industry to speak credibly with prospectsÂ
- Track your activity and performance daily to continuously improveÂ
Requirements
You may be a good fit if you:Â
- Are genuinely curious about customers and motivated to grow a career in salesÂ
- Have strong communication skills, verbal and writtenÂ
- Are a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and comfort operating in undefined processesÂ
- Are fluent in English and French, written and verbalÂ

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying roleÂ
- Prior CRM experienceÂ
- An interest in AI and enthusiasm for bringing modern tools to traditional industriesÂ
- Familiarity with the trades or home services industryÂ
