Business Integration Manager, EMEA Logistics (m/f/x)

As a Business Integration Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Acting as the key EMEA Logistics interface with Supply Chain Planning and business-facing teams to align priorities, expectations and execution requirements
• Translating customer and planning requirements into actionable logistics processes, ensuring clear ownership, escalation paths, and sustainable ways of working across markets
• Leading logistics master data governance across relevant systems, including material, customer, lane, route, carrier, delivery, and execution-related data required for reliable logistics operations
• Driving cross-functional alignment on logistics data quality standards, ownership, issue resolution, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Partnering with Logistics Control Tower, Distribution Centers, IT, Planning, and Customer Operations to identify recurring process defects and implement structural fixes
• Establishing governance routines, reporting, and performance visibility to monitor integration effectiveness, data accuracy, service impact, and stakeholder satisfaction 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across functions and organizational levels 

• Solid understanding of logistics execution processes, customer service requirements, planning interfaces, and end-to-end supply chain flows

• Analytical mindset with strong process orientation, attention to data accuracy, and ability to turn recurring issues into sustainable improvements

• Working knowledge of SAP, transportation management systems, reporting tools, and master data governance principles 

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, customer operations, business integration, or cross-functional process management

• Experience working with logistics master data, ERP/TMS processes, service performance, and operational issue resolution across multiple stakeholders

• This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the designated 3M office
