We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset. This is a newly created role where you’ll shape how we use data to drive strategic decisions across the business.Â
You go beyond reporting: you connect market trends, business data, pipeline data and product strategy to generate clear insights that influence leadership. You’re curious about the industry, comfortable working with data from multiple sources and passionate about turning analysis into actionable business impact. Â

Responsibilities
Market Sizing & ForecastingÂ
- Assess market size (TAM) and growth opportunities Â
- Analyze long-term pipeline and strategic pursuitsÂ
- Align market insights with product roadmap and business priorities
Â
Business View & Customer ProfilingÂ
- Build clear customer frameworks (spend, consumption, commercial context)Â
- Provide accessible insights for pursuit teamsÂ
- Expand customer intelligence with financial and strategic dataÂ
Â
Trend Analysis & Market InsightsÂ
- Track industry trends and market dynamicsÂ
- Compare external trends with internal data to identify opportunities and risksÂ
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analytics, market intelligence, or similar roleÂ
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyÂ
- Create briefings for Executives and VPs on analysisÂ
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Â
- Familiarity with sophisticated CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Â
- Strong business acumen: able to interpret what data means and translate it into actionÂ
- Comfortable working with market research and engaging with internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence different audiencesÂ
