Job Description

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
  • Submission Clearance
  • Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
  • Compliance
  • Auto
  • Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution 
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed

Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail and quality minded
• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
