- Melakukan kunjungan langsung ke lapangan untuk follow-up pembayaran.
- Membangun komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik dengan mitra.
- Menyusun prioritas dan strategi collection berdasarkan kondisi mitra.
- Melakukan monitoring dan follow-up pembayaran secara rutin.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas collection dan kunjungan tercatat dalam sistem.
- Menjaga kualitas portfolio melalui penyelesaian tunggakan secara efektif.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk mencapai target recovery.
- Minimal SMA/SMK/D3, terbuka untuk fresh graduate dengan kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Memiliki pengalaman di collection, field collection, sales, lending, fintech, banking, atau microfinance menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan data.
- Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan lapangan/mobile.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C.
- Mampu menggunakan smartphone dan aplikasi kerja untuk melakukan reporting/submit task.
- Memiliki ketahanan kerja yang baik dan mampu menghadapi berbagai karakter mitra.
