- Mampu mengendarai motor dan memiliki motor pribadi
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di seluruh wilayah sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
- Berkomitmen terhadap tujuan Amartha, yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangga berpendapatan rendah melalui layanan keuangan mikro
