Business Systems Analyst - (AEC experience required)

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for advancing the firm's use of business systems and data to support operational performance, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on optimizing and connecting Deltek Vantagepoint and Power BI, improving data quality and reporting, and enabling effective use of CRM and operational data. The position requires a strong understanding of AEC project-based business operations, including labor planning, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data and system solutions. This role also plays a key part in validating ("pressure testing") data and dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability — work that reflects our value of delighting in the craft, applied to the systems that keep the firm running well.
