Key Accountabilities

• Analyze demand forecasts and make reasonable purchasing plans, purchase PO release in Oracle.
• Follow up production, logistics and delivery to avoid stock shortages or overstock.
• Negotiate and resolve problems such as delayed delivery, defective products and order discrepancies.
• Intercompany products/material transfer, IR/ISO creation/adjust base on weekly shipments.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and compliance.
• Cooperate with other department, such as finance on invoice submit, payment.
• Assist colleagues in the department with other related tasks if necessary.

Key Qualifications & Requirements 

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree

• Technical Competence & Skills:

• Fluent English, includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Experience for ERP system. Oracle is preferred.

• Skilled in office software, especially Excel.

• Team work. Communication.

Relevant Experience:

• More than 2 years working experiences: buyer, planner, supply chain & related working area.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• English is necessary.
