  • Desempeña funciones clave en compras como: preparación de ordenes, emisión y cambios, etc.
  • Revisión de requisiciones, evaluación de cotizaciones, autorización de compras dentro de los límites de autoridad establecidos.
  • Resolución de discrepancias referentes a las órdenes de compra tales como: alcances, tiempos de entrega, retrasos, penalidades, cantidades, precios y facturación, NO conformidades de entrega, empaque con proveedores y con las respectivas áreas de la compañía.

  • HABILIDADES ESCENCIALES:

  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, y técnicas de reducción de costos.
  • Habilidades de análisis de costos.
  • Habilidades en operar y evaluar el sistema de compra público.
  • Habilidades en evaluar y comparar especificaciones del producto, detalles de contratos, elementos de costos y ofrecimientos de propuestas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tales como: Redacción estratégica de compras en e-mail o correo convencional, * habilidades de comunicarse con proveedores, ya sea vía telefónica o en persona en una manera precisa, lógica, diplomática, y con un léxico profesional*
  • Habilidad de manejar varias tareas relacionadas al mismo tiempo.
  • Sentido de urgencia y cumplimiento de objetivos.

  • CONOCIMIENTOS:

  • Lic.*Ingeniería-varios*de preferencia, o Administración de Empresas *ambos con 3-5 años de experiencia en empresas similares (Metal-Mecánica, Automotriz) *INDISPENSABLE*
  • Dominio del idioma Ingles (Hablado, escrito, comprensión) nivel avanzado.
  • Conocimiento basto de materiales Industriales (preferentemente Equipo Rotativo)
  • Conocimiento de estrategias de negociación.
  • *Experiencia en Compras de Equipo, Material Industrial*
